Product description:

Brake hose flex test stand is a fatigue performance test device suitable for brake hoses of automobiles, motorcycles and trailers. According to the flex fatigue test method specified in Article 5.3.5 of GB16897-2010 Brake hose―Structure,performance and test methods.

Technical parameters:

Working pressure range: 0-2Mpa (Accuracy ≤±1% F·S)

Pressure sensor range: 2MPa

Pressure sensor accuracy: ±0.5% F.S

Length of the tested piece: 200mm-600mm adjustable (The test piece is fully vertical)

Test channel: 4 channels

Adjustable speed range: 0-800r/min (Interval stepless adjustment) rotary balance processing, small vibration.
