1. Scope of application

Five channels high and low temperature burst testing machine is mainly used for the verification of the boosting, holding pressure, pressure reduction and burst test of the hose of automotive pressure-bearing parts. (Power steering system, Brake system, Turbocharging System, Air Conditioning System, Fuel System, Cooling system, Intake gas system)

2. Test items:

The test piece (Castrol TRIBOL 1555/46 medium) is subjected to any test conditions such as boosting, holding pressure, pressure relief, burst, etc. in a complex closed environment according to the pressure set by the test, observe whether the fluid hose is cracked, leaking, expanding and the maximum pressure.

3. Test standard

Pressure range: 1-60MPa

Constant pressure control accuracy: ±1% FS

Test station: 5 channels independent temperature measurement

Temperature range: -45°C-180°C

Medium temperature: RT

Boost rate: 1-500bar/min
