1. Equipment introduction:

Hydraulic hydrostatic and burst test stand is for pressure resistance test of automotive brake hose, power steering hose, steel wire braiding hose, clutch hose, automotive air conditioner and radiator hose; Also applicable to pressure resistance test of hydraulic equipment, engineering machinery, mining machinery, etc. Namely: Pressure resistance and burst test of small valves\ Static pressure and burst test of various metal and non-metal pipes; Pressure resistance test of various petroleum tools; Pressure test and burst test of fire equipment such as fire hose and fire extinguisher; After setting, the machine can automatically fill, boost, hold pressure, pressure relief drainage. The test pressure, temperature and other parameters can be set in the test program.

After the setting, the machine can be completed automatically. The medium used for the device can be water. It can test the performance of pressure, expansion and deformation of all the brake hoses on the car. The functions can be tested separately or comprehensively, improve the utilization of the equipment, and the equipment has the characteristics of stable performance, simple operation and convenient maintenance.

Burst test, leakage test, pressure resistance test: maximum pressure up to 300Mpa,  boost rate (Can be set and display): 1.0 ~ 300MPa / min; Typical test procedures are:

a. Constant speed boost-burst b. Constant speed boost - holding pressure - burst c. Constant speed boost - holding pressure - pressure relief d. Constant speed boost - holding pressure - constant speed boost - holding pressure – burst

Medium selected: Water, water glycol, emulsion, mineral oil

Medium temperature: Normal temperature

Boost rate: 1.0-900MPa/min

Accuracy: ±0.5%

Test chamber internal dimensions: According to actual needs (length * width * height)

Number of single test hoses: 1

The burst pressure accuracy level is ±0.5% FS.

Test pressure can be adjusted by software settings

The holding pressure time can be adjusted by software settings
