The airtght test stand adopts computer full numerical control mode, users can select corresponding experimental steps and functions according to the actual situaton, after setting the corresponding parameters,click the start to test, the power source of the system is low pressure compressed air, which is pressurization controlled by gas drive pump, the electrical components used in the equipment are low voltage, low power solenoid valves and electrical proportional valves, relatively safe, in the case of automatic control, set the corresponding test target pressure and boost rate, the system automatically performs multi-stage processes such as boosting-holding pressure-boosting-pressure relief.
For the oxygen system component, pressure boost adopts imported M/H brand oxygen gas drive pump to pressurize.
Main design requirements of the equipment (According to the technical conditions):
1. The components are products of oxygen system, the test stand should be designed according to relevant requirements of oxygen system, test with pure nitrogen during the test in the 3rd factory.
2. Function of the test stand is a gas boosting device.
3. Maximum pressure of the test is 30MPa (adjustable).
4. Test pressure of the product is (21.58±0.49)MPa.
5. Pressure of gas source is (3~15)MPa nitrogen cylinder.
