Introduction of method: The test system is mainly used for pressure test of pressure containers such as gas cylinders, including hydraulic strength, residual deformation, air tightness and other test items, adopts full digital computer control and manual simple control, automatic control mode only needs to set the corresponding test parameters, the system automatically performs boosting, holding pressure, pressure reduction to the set value, data acquisition adopts imported high frequency pressure transmitter for sampling, and frequency of sampling is not less than 1000HZ, effectively guarantees stable system performance, accurate test pressure, good repeatability, simple operation, and other characteristics. The test boost curve, real-time pressure value, boost time, and dwell time are displayed directly on the indicator.
