The ocean is the largest independent ecosystem in the world, including deep seawater, surface sediments, cold springs, hydrothermal, polymetallic nodule areas and other geological structures, 70% of the seawater is in a high pressure environment above 38 MPa. The microorganisms in deep-sea biosphere account for 90% of the total microorganisms in the world, and pressure resistance is its distinctive feature, at the same time, the hydrothermal vent brings high temperature and the flow of reducing substances such as hydrogen rich and sulfide. Therefore, in order to carry out in-situ research on the deep-sea deep biosphere in the laboratory, we need to solve a series of technical problems such as fidelity sampling, fidelity transfer, high temperature/low temperature fidelity culture under high pressure, in situ analysis and so on. 2. Sampling mechanism
Used for fixing and connecting the above components to the lander, including sampling valve release hook, sampling valve, one-way stop valve, etc.
The user can mount the fidelity sampling system through a multi-channel water collection system which shares the trigger mechanism with the multi-channel water collection system.It is suitable for fidelity sampling at different depths in a dive mission. Also time series sampling, for example, the fidelity sampling system lander is mounted on the bottom to make it work continuously for one year, and a set of fidelity sampling bottles is opened every month for sample collection. After one year, the mother ship recovered 12 sets of fidelity sampling systems for comparison.
