Cold chamber requirement
The volume is not less than 100m3, and the internal clearance height is not less than 5m. The depth is not less than 3m.
The cooling temperature (room temperature 20 ° C) can reach 15 ~ -40 ° C, the temperature fluctuation is not more than 0.3K.
The thermal resistance of the outer wall shall not be less than 4.0 m2K/W, and the inner surface shall be made of non-absorbent and corrosion-resistant materials.
Convection is carried out by using a baffle and a fan. The thermal resistance of the baffle shall not be less than 1.0 m2K/W, the surface of facing test piece, the total hemispherical emissivity ε should be greater than 0.85 (providing a test report), and the width of the baffle is the same as the internal width of the cold box.
Adopts the design of double door and external hanging door, the bigger door replaces an external wall. The smaller one is 2m x 1.2m. Both inside and outside can be locked and opened.
A measuring window is opened between the hot chamber and the cold chamber, the window length is not less than 4 m, the width is not less than 2 m, the total area is not less than 10 m2, equipped with the same size blocked exterior wall and can be locked. Other requirements meet the requirements of GB/T8485.
Other requirements shall comply with the requirements of GB/T8485, TB/T3108 and TJ/CL301-2013.
Hot chamber design
The volume is not less than 80m3, and the internal clearance height is not less than 5m. The depth is not less than 3m. The heating temperature (room temperature 0 °C) can reach 10~70 °C (heating with electric heater), and the temperature fluctuation at 18 °C-20 °C is not more than 0.1K. The hot exterior wall is made of a heat-uniform material with a thermal resistance of not less than 4.0 m2K/W and a non-absorbent and corrosion-resistant material on the inner surface. The total hemispherical emissivity ε of the hot chamber inner surface should be greater than 0.85 (providing a test report).
Heating the electric heater with AC regulated power supply, the windowsill of the window connected with the cold chamber is at least 50 mm higher than the top of the electric heater. Double door design, the bigger door is 4.5m × 4m, the smaller door is 2m × 1.2m.
